WHAT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO BOOK MY RIDE WITH EXPRESS CHAUFFEUR SERVICES?

WHAT IF I JUST WANT A QUOTE?

When friends and family are not available, you can request that our chauffeurs walk in and out with you to:

  • Medical and dental appointments
  • Tests at a lab or hospital
  • Doctor’s appointments
  • Visits with friends and relatives
  • Community activities to take part in
  • Drop-offs and pick-ups at JFK, LGA and EWR
  • Shopping at a mall
  • Eating out
  • Other reasons that transport is needed

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY RIDE?

When you make a reservation online or by phone, we will ask for a credit card in order to hold the vehicle.

CAN I PAY FOR MY RIDE DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER?

Our drivers will not be able to accept credit cards directly for payment. If you prefer to pay cash, we still need your credit card information to reserve your vehicle.

The driver will be instructed to accept cash at the end of your trip. All receipts are emailed within 24 hours of trip completion.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

We monitor all flights with the airline two hours prior to arrival so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be.

You can contact us if you’d like, but our drivers will always be there whether your plane lands earlier or later than the scheduled arrival time.

WHAT IS EXPRESS CHAUFFEUR SERVICES ON TIME GUARANTEE?

We take a pride in our on-time record and make every effort to arrive at your location at least 5 minutes earlier than your pick up time.
In case of any delay, you will receive a phone call from our office so that we can keep you updated until your driver arrives at your pickup location.

WHAT IS YOUR LOST AND FOUND POLICY?

Our drivers will sweep the vehicle after we drop you off to make sure none of your belongings are left behind; however,

Express Chauffeur Services are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. If you think you have left any items in our vehicle(s), please call anytime, and we will check immediately.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY RIDE?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive it with a confirmation number via email. You will also receive a 24-hour pickup reminder with an email and text message.

A final email is then sent 12 hours prior to your pickup with the name and phone number of your driver.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES?

Toll roads can be used at your discretion and will be added to the final trip amount. If you choose to have your driver park inside the parking lot of a concert or wedding/corporate event, You will need to pay for parking upon entry.
